Do you know what I love most about Aimee Giese? It’s her ability to bring joy while be incredibly knowledgeable in nearly everything she does. It was awesome knowing I could call on her to create an iPhoneography class for us and that she would not only give you lots of nitty gritty details, but infuse the whole thing with FUN!
Here’s what Aimee has to say about Easy iPhoneography and why you should come along for the ride.

I am ready for another go at Easy iPhoneography!
The last time we did this class, I felt like it was a great celebration how mobile photos can turn into art. Smart phone cameras have improved so much over the years, especially now with the iPhone 4S… but more importantly – we are carrying our cameras with us. We have something there, to catch the action – where before we were missing all those little moments. And not just moments with our family and friends – but the shadow that looks interesting in the alley and the gorgeous raindrops on the window after work.
I love this class because we cover basic photography tips, basic editing tips and a whole lot of apps. One benefit to the iPhone is the strength of the Apple Store, and the multitude of apps available to easily edit these little slices of life. But they can be so overwhelming and confusing. Luckily I am an app junky, and have collected some of the best around, for beginning editing to very advanced skills.
I also love sharing and looking at student photos. Everyone has such a wonderful eye! We have a Flickr pool that creates a wonderful sense of community.
Add that to the fact that Live It To The Full makes their classes self-paced – meaning come online any time you want… day, night, all in one day, every few days – whatever fits your schedule. This makes it so much easier for busy people to fit a class like this into their chaotic lives. Much like my chaotic life, ha.
So, let’s have some fun this June! I can’t wait to see your photos and share my love for iPhoneography with you. It’s a wonderful time of year to get out there and start shooting.
And I almost forgot the best part: NO HOMEWORK!
Join us in June 2012 for Easy iPhoneography, a two week online photography workshop led by Aimee Giese. On the go photo capturing and nearly instant editing tools have made iPhones the best thing since point and shoot! The hard part is often deciding which apps to use and then how on earth to use them! Photo pros and iPhone junkies alike will take away all kinds of good information in this course.
Class price is $29 and includes daily posts (Monday through Friday) and tips and activities to get the most out of your iPhone camera. Class begins June 4 and runs through June 15.
